How to backup your Mailwasher settings December 12, 2008

When moving to a new Windows machine a decent anti spam weapon must be installed. I use Mailwasher Pro. The only bad thing is that every time a big new version comes out and every time you re-install then you have to enter the account information again.

Here is how you back everything up:

Registry Account Settings Backup:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FireTrust]
Export via right click into file (extension .reg)

Files (Training Archive and White List) Backup:

C:\Documents and Settings\Laz\Application Data\MailWasherPro
