Historic Account January 4, 2009

Posted by Steven in Freetime.

This story starts in the past. Back in 1999. Most of today’s “Facebook Generation” kids did not even figure out what “internet” meant. They were probably not even discovering the excitement of Lego bricks.

But I was registering my first webspace at the original Geocities service. I was also designing the first nickname online presence under my pseudonym “incubation”. I remember that my wonderful (and now unfortunately deleted) address on Geocities was “Eureka/Plaza/18…”.

I recently found the access details again to the domain forward. So June 1999 I set up my first professional domain forward! 2003 during my later student years I redesigned the starter page with the newly created web project “project 63”. Unfortunately I did not finish it and since 2003 the only remainder is a teaser page on come.to/incubation.
